At PixArt by Naomi, your satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a detailed consultation before the shoot and a review session to select your favorite shots. While we don’t offer refunds due to the personalized nature of our work, we’re committed to addressing your concerns, whether through re-editing or scheduling a reshoot.

2.When will I receive my photos?

You can expect to receive your edited photos within 1-2 weeks after the shoot. The exact time may vary depending on the number of photos and the complexity of the edits.

3. What is the easiest way to reserve your session?
